Modeling Month Name Object in an AtScale Cube and Sorting in a Proper Order in Tableau

USE CASE 1: Having Year prefixed with Month name

When users model month names prefixed with Year, Tableau reads it as a string and sorts it as a string. Users need to sort the months in the correct order as follows manually:

USE CASE 2: Having Year postfixed with Month name

When users model month names postfixed with Year, Tableau reads it as a string and sorts it as a string. Users need to sort the months in the correct order as follows manually:

USE CASE 3: Having just a full Month name or Short Month name (Recommended)

When users model month names as just month or short month names, Tableau reads them as a string but sorts them as Month names in the proper order. You don't need to sort manually. This is the recommended option to model the Month names as follows:

USE CASE 4: Having full weekday names or short weekday names (Recommended)

Tableau reads them as strings even with weekday names but sorts them in proper order. This works with either full weekday names or short weekday names as follows:
