How can I connect to other BI tools
I can see the set of tools that AtScale supports here, but, I want to try to use our companies BI tool instead - is there a way to do that?

Absolutely - you can use a Postgres connection to connect and query the models you deploy, there is some info here that shows how

Just grab the JDBC connection details from the Deployed Catalogs tab and connect your app.
