Hinted Aggs behavior & outbound query pattern

Hi Team,

I've been trying to understand hinted aggs behavior.

1. Hinted Aggs usage is based on compression score ? How & where can I learn about this 

2.  My hinted Agg is used but the agg_table is not added in outbound query text e.g. From (Select col1,col2, * from base_table) instead of agg_table. Is it an expected behavior ?
