AtScale not working...
Every time I try to use my local developer edition i get this error about the license validation - when I put my key in again it throws the same type of error every time.
Any ideas?

There is a Cloudflare outage which is impacting the license server checks - you can monitor it here https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/8gmgl950y3h7
Once this outage is over then your AtScale instance should work as expected again.

I am still experiencing license issues. Although the incident described at https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/8gmgl950y3h7 says it is resolved, my problem persists. Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance.
Can you upload a screen shot of what you are seeing, as well as let us know what version of AtScale you are using?
