AtScale Support Portal Welcome Letter

Hello <Name>,

You have been added to the AtScale Support Portal. To confirm your access, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to help.atscale.com

  2. Click Sign In (top right corner)

  3. On the sign-in page, click Sign Up

  4. Enter your email and name, then click Sign Up

  5. You’ll receive a confirmation email – please follow the instructions to verify your email address

  6. After verification, return to help.atscale.com and sign in

Once signed in, you should see a Support tile on the homepage.
Click on this tile to openedit, or view your support cases directly in the portal.

What You Can Access

You don’t need Support Portal access to use the Help Center — it’s available to all users at help.atscale.com. It includes:

  • Useful Articles & Documentation: From onboarding to advanced configuration and optimization

  • Knowledge Base: In-depth guides on modeling, query behavior, BI integrations, security, and more

  • Training Videos: Great for new and experienced users alike

Support Portal Access (Feature Gated)

As a user under an active support agreement, you now have access to:

  • Opening new support cases

  • Tracking and editing your cases

  • Submitting feature requests
