Go into the setting for each "Datasets" (Fact or Dimension) in the Design Center, and stop Aggregates from being created for each dataset.
When you turn off the Aggregates at the dataset level, Demand-defined aggregate creation will be stopped.
Aggregates already created will be utilized, and UDAs will work without problems.
