How to Download Support Logs and Upload to AtScale FTP Server

1. Log into Design Center as an Admin user

2. Navigate to SUPPORT => Support Bundles

3. Click "DOWNLOAD TODAY'S HISTORY"

4. Save the file. 

5. Upload the support log:

Navigate to the upload page. Log in using the following credentials:

  • Username: atscale
  • Password: atscale_upload

Select and upload your files

6. Once the upload is done, update your support ticket with the log file name
